I’m a beginner, will I be able to keep up?
All of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. If you have any concerns, let your instructor know beforehand and they will happily help.
Do you provide cleats for Ride?
We provide cleats free of charge to borrow for our Ride classes. However, our pedals allow for trainers too if you’d prefer. All we ask, is that you return them after class.
Do you provide gloves for Box?
Yes, we provide gloves in the studio to borrow free of charge. We also provide wraps, but feel free to bring your own.
When should I turn up?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class. 5 minutes before, we will start giving away spaces to walk-ins, and if you are late, you will not be allowed in!
Can I take a class if I’m pregnant?
We have many pregnant clients, just let your instructor know before class. However, please do not come without permission from your doctor.
Do you offer monthly memberships?
We offer monthly unlimited memberships, minimum 3 month membership with monthly auto-renewal. You can also buy credits and pay as you go.
I can’t make my class, can I cancel?
Yes, if it’s at least 3 hours before you will receive your credit back. If you late cancel within the 3 hour time frame, your credit will be lost.
When do my credits expire?
All our packages and memberships have an expiry date. This will be clear when purchasing. Please check! We cannot extend these for you.
What amenities do you provide?
We provide complimentary lockers, showers, toiletries, 1 shower towel per person (an additional is £1), sweat towels, cleats, gloves and wraps. You just need to bring yourself, workout gear and water!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are dog friendly! Our front of house team will happily look after your furry friend while you work out and we have treats here too. We just ask that your dog is well trained and used to other dogs and separation.
Do you offer corporate events or private sessions for groups?
Yes! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any studio hiring enquiries.
You will lose your credit and we will not refund this for you.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, but only if medical proof is provided.
I’m coming to you via ClassPass, I can’t make my class but don’t want to be charged by them, can you just sign me in?
No! Sorry, but for health and safety we cannot sign you in if you are not there.
I’ve booked in via ClassPass but can’t make my class, can I just jump into another one?
No! Again, sorry, but we cannot change anything with your booking. If you book via ClassPass, you’ll need to contact them directly with any and all issues.
