Digital products (Store Credits)
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. This does not affect your statuary rights.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our digital products.
CancelLation (Bookings)
Our policy requires all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class, if there is a waitlist for a particular class your spot will be assigned to another guest on the waitlist from 5 mins before the start of the class. We have a 3 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of this period, your credit will automatically be refunded. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class start time or not showing up will mean the credit is used. Clients that are on an unlimited package will incur £5.00 fee for a no show and £3.00 for cancelling within 1 hour.
